Purchased as a 2yo in May 2018 at Fasig-Tipton, Lebron J is an as yet unraced son of Medaglia D’Oro and the first foal out of Tapicat, a Tapit mare who won the Grade 3 Florida Oaks.

The second dam, Zealous Cat, a winning daughter of Storm Cat is a half-sister to Grade One winner Pohave.

The fourth dam, Track Robbery, was a triple Grade One heroine as well as a Champion Older Mare and is also the second dam of Grade One winner Cat Thief.

Trained by Doug O’Neill, Lebron J has worked three times at Santa Anita, twice over 600m and most recently over 800m as he builds towards his racecourse debut.
