Twice Group One placed filly Forever In Dreams put in an eye-catching piece of work on Friday as she gears yo for her return next week.
The Phoenix Ladies Syndicate owned runner is scheduled to make her four-year-old debut in the Listed Woodlands Stakes at Naas on June 8.
Top Irish Rider Billy Lee was on hand to ride the grey galloper in the key workout and reported he was “delighted” with her. Working with a stablemate Aidan Fogarty’s charge thrilled her connections and will have one more serious gallop before heading to Naas.
“We’ve been delighted with her ever since she came back into full training,” Said Phoenix Ladies Principal Pamela Cordina. “Aidan has been issuing positive reports all the way through and sent us the video of her work under Billy – she was looking terrific. Hopefully, she’ll run well at Naas before heading back to Royal Ascot.”
Forever In Dreams first major target is the Diamond Jubilee Stakes as she returns to Royal Ascot for the third time. Not beaten that far in the Queen Mary she was then second to Advertise in last season’s Commonwealth Cup. She further showed her liking for the Berkshire track with an excellent third-place finish in the Champions Sprint.
